I. equipment composition and structural characteristics
The continuous catechang shot blasting equipment is mainly composed of shot blasting cleaning room, shot blasting assembly, shot recycling purification system, sealing auxiliary room, shot collection system, dust removal system and control.
1.1 shot blasting cleaning room and sealing auxiliary room
8 shot blasting device assemblies are designed for the side wall of the shot blasting cleaning room to ensure a comprehensive shot blasting cleaning of the cleaned workpiece. The inner wall of the hot area of shot blasting chamber is protected by wear-resistant manganese plate, with an average service life of more than 6000 working hours. The protective plate is installed with block-type structure, which is convenient for maintenance. The shot blasting device is arranged in an inclined way, which can be used for multi-angle casting. The shot blasting chamber is made of welded section steel and steel plate to ensure sufficient stiffness and strength.
The layout of shot blasting device is simulated by computer, and all the angles and positions are determined by computer design. On the basis of taking care of all the workpiece to be cleaned, the empty throwing of the projectile is reduced as far as possible, which maximizes the utilization rate of the projectile and reduces the wear of the cleaning indoor protective plate.

The walking groove of the hook on the top of the cleaning room is in the form of full sealing. It adopts sealing shell plus 65Mn protective plate, multi-layer anti-wear polyurethane, and soft-connected nylon brush to form labyrinth sealing belt (Swiss +GF+ company technology), with delicate structure, preventing the projectile from bouncing to the outside of the room.
When the device is running automatically, after the projectile controller is closed, the projectile in the shot blasting device will not be cleaned in a short time. However, if the seal door is opened after the projectile is completely clean, the auxiliary time of shot blasting will be prolonged. For such equipment with high load and high productivity, the auxiliary time will greatly reduce the efficiency of shot blasting. In order to improve the efficiency of shot blasting, the two sides of the shot blasting chamber are added with high abrasion resistant steel rubber plate. This will greatly improve the efficiency of shot blasting, but also completely avoid the accident of projectile flying injuries.

Sealing auxiliary chamber
The inlet and outlet of the shot blasting chamber is equipped with a 1.6-meter long sealing chamber, and the sealing chamber is equipped with a 6-story elastic, high-abrasion resistant steel rubber plate, which has a good sealing effect and greatly improves the operator's working environment.

1.3 pellet circulation purification system
Pellet circulation purification system can be divided into circulation system and pellet separation purification system, which consists of screw conveyor (or vibration conveyor), slip pellet tube, bucket elevator, pellet sand separator, pellet gate valve, pellet conveying tube, filling device and so on. The projectile controller, screw conveyor, bucket elevator and pellet separator of the system are interlocked in the electronic control system: the latter process does not work, and the former process cannot run, so as to avoid equipment failure caused by projectile blockage.
Screw conveyor
The screw conveyor is composed of cycloidal needle wheel reducer, screw shaft (screw blade adopts 16Mn), conveying cover and bearing with seat.
This part has been serialized by our company, with high universality, high interchangeability and stable and reliable performance. The whole screw shaft is processed by welding, thus ensuring the coaxiality of both ends of the screw shaft and improving the operation stability.
Bucket elevator
The bucket elevator is composed of cycloidal needle wheel reducer, up and down roller, conveying tape, hopper, sealing cylinder and tensioning device.

The working principle of
The pellet sand mixture flowing in from the bucket elevator is driven by the conveying screw to evenly distribute the pellet sand mixture along the whole length of the separator, and finally reaches the end of the separator so that the pellet dust mixture always forms a curtain. Under the condition of full curtain, the pellets in the flow curtain are separated from metal oxide skin fragments, broken pellets and dust effectively by the principle of gravity wind separation. The large particle wastes are blocked by the screen, while the small pellets and dust flow out from the waste outlet, and the pellets are recycled into the shot bin. The separation efficiency of the separator can reach 99.5%.
Projectile distribution system
Adopt air control shot gate valve, depend on the cylinder to blast the quantity of remote control. It can avoid the phenomenon of motor burnt out, shot blasting device blocked, empty shot blasting and injury caused by the general controller's loose closing.
1.4 catenary conveyor

Rise up
It is composed of joint movable rail, sprocket group, trolley frame and heavy hammer tension device. It is used to compensate the manufacturing error of chain length and track length, which is beneficial to the installation of the chain and compensates the influence of the increase of chain pitch caused by wear during operation, so as to maintain the tensioning state of the chain and eliminate the possible multiple tensioning force in the line.
The tensioning device of this machine makes the roller on the frame of the car roll by the gravity of the counterweight hammer, driving the roller set to move, achieving the purpose of automatic tensioning.
1.5 shot blasting and dust removal system
We choose the most advanced reasonable secondary dust removal mode and the unique and effective dust removal structure:
Primary dust removal is designed for the projectile settling chamber on the top of the equipment. The settling chamber is an inertial settling chamber conforming to the aerodynamic principle, which can realize the effective settling of the projectile without causing pressure loss. In addition, a unidirectional valve is designed in the lower part of the settling chamber to prevent the formation of pneumatic conveying, which can effectively realize the projectile settling. The purpose of this stage of dust removal is to solve the problem of pipe sand absorption and sand deposition.
This kind of dust removal can not only solve the problem of sand absorption and sand accumulation of pipeline, but also save projectiles for users.
The system includes a dust collector main engine, settling chamber, fan, fan pipe, connection pipe between the dust collector and main engine, etc.
Reach more than 99.5% dust removal efficiency, emissions acuities were 100 mg/m3, accord with GBJ4-73 industrial "three wastes" emissions standards. The dust collector housing is made of welded steel plate with a separate access door.
Primary dust removal is designed for the projectile settling chamber on the top of the equipment. Secondary dedusting is a time-tested and economical bag-type dust collector. The dust remover adopts vibrating motor mechanical ash removal system, which has the advantages of economic application and good ash removal effect.
4.6 electronic control system
